Insurance
We do not bill directly for insurance coverage.
Refunds
When you book a session, my commitment is to having enough time and energy available to serve you. This affects how many other clients can be served and for this reason we do not offer refunds after sessions.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel, there is no fee if done 25-hours in advance. For cancellations made within 24-hours before your appointment, or phone-call-no-shows, a $75 fee will be applied. If this is a packaged session, the time will be deducted from your package.
