Your 5 Most Important Habits For 2018

It's that time. year where many of us are creating vision boards, setting goals or resolutions, reflecting on the year, where we were when we started, where we are now and what we'd like to be different moving forward into 2018. 

But what happens when you don't have vision?  When you are at a complete loss for what you want.

Or when you have vision but you don't know where to start so you basically just do nothing and next thing you know it's the end of the year and your'e not where you want to be yet again. 

Well, in that case my friend, it's important to remember 2 things:

  • Things are either adding value or subtracting value from our quality of life.

  • Look at your top 5 habits

Just as we are the sum of the 5 people we spend the most time with, we're also the sum of our top 5 habits.  Taking a look at your top 5 habits in the area you want to make a change in and asking 'are these habits adding or subtracting value to my life?' is a simple way to make a big impact.  When we remove the habits, reactions, perceptions, beliefs and sometimes even people that aren't up to our personal standards, we make room in our life for what is.
