3 Key Questions To Ask At The End Of Each Day

Have you ever wanted to change or for things to be different than what they are but you aren't quite sure where to even begin?  It feels overwhelming, you're unsure what the "right" move is, what the next move is and don't even get me started on all the moving parts and people involved...

Change can be scary and overwhelming which is why many of us chose to stay right where we are and continue to do what we know, even if it isn't what we really truly want. So where do we begin?  The best way to make change happen, any change, is to start with intention. Being intentional about the direction we want to go in and how we choose to show up for our life each and every day.

Today I want to share- and invite you to ask yourself- three key questions at the end of each day to help you stand strong in your intentions and move towards the life you desire...

  • Did I do my best today? Do I like how I showed up?

This question not only is a great way to acknowledge yourself and raise the vibration in your Solar Plexus, the energetic powerhouse of the body and where we hold our feeling of self worth, but it also highlights where we have room grow and develop.

  • What did I learn today?

  • Did my actions today lead me closer to the life I want to live?

And a bonus question

  • What's one thing I can do tomorrow that will create the most impact in moving me towards where I want to be?

Our intentions, like our actions, are the seeds that blossom into what we call our life.  Just a reminder to stay mindful of what seeds you're planting along the way.

Over to you...

Share in the comments, what differences do you notice when you're intentional vs. when you're not?
